This is a Flash promotional video for the company's first mobile-related product, the Mobile Learning Center which provides a library of audio and digital lessons that can be downloaded by learners. The Product Director wanted to emphasize the concept of "anywhere, anytime" learning that would appeal to professional business English learners in their late 20's and 30's.
